Who can join El Paso Health Medicare Align?

To join El Paso Health Medicare Align, you must be:

Entitled to Medicare Part A and Part B
Enrolled in Qualified Medicare Beneficiary Plus (STAR+PLUS) Medicaid
Member must also reside in El Paso county

Who can join El Paso Health Medicare Advantage Dual?

To join El Paso Health Medicare Advantage, you must be:

Entitled to Medicare Part A
Enrolled in Medicare Part B
Live in our service area. Our service area includes El Paso and Hudspeth counties.

To enroll in a Dual Special Needs Plan all the requirements apply, along with Part of the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) program or QMB+, Texas Medicaid.
