El Paso Health Medicare Advantage Dual (HMO D-SNP)

D-SNP plans have an ongoing Special Enrollment Period (SEP) which runs from January through September every year. Those who qualify for our D-SNP plan can enroll on a month-to-month basis. Changes in enrollment become effective on the first day of the next month.

You can also enroll during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) between Oct. 15 –Dec. 7, with coverage beginning January. 1.

Finally, if you’re turning 65 or newly eligible for Medicare, you can enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period. That starts 3 months before you turn 65, includes the month you turn 65, and ends 3 months after you turn 65.
