El Paso Health is a TX licensed health maintenance organization (HMO) established by the El Paso County Hospital District.
El Paso Health offers a Medicare Advantage Part C Plan. El Paso Health Advantage Dual SNP (HMO D-SNP) is only for those with full Medicaid benefits and who are part of the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) program.
El Paso Health also has a contract with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for the purpose of improving access to medical care for STAR, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal recipients in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties. To learn more, visit www.elpasohealth.com.
