It’s important you take-action when the time comes to renew your Medicaid
eligibility. El Paso Health is here to help members like you reapply for
Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program.
Renewing your Medicaid eligibility is as easy.
1. You should receive a letter from your state Medicaid agency a
few months before your Medicaid anniversary that explains how
to verify your Medicaid eligibility.
2. If you are eligible for Medicaid, you can continue your coverage.
If you are no longer eligible for Medicaid, just give us a call at:
1-833-742-3125, (TTY: 711) and we would be happy to walk you
through your coverage options.
3. If you don’t receive your letter or are unsure of your anniversary
date, contact your Medicaid agency by calling 211 or visiting
your local Health and Human Service O ffice.
